How can I wash my scrunchies?
It is recommended that you gently hand wash your scrunchies with mild soap. You can lay them flat to dry and fluff them up once you are ready to wear them again.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States via USPS (United States Postal Service). We do not ship internationally at this time.
When can I expect my order?
Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within one to two business days. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout. However, standard mail is typically delivered between three to seven business days after shipment.
We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please keep in mind that some customers may experience shipping delays due to increased volume and slower delivery times from USPS.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can also log into your Jostina account here, and check the status of your order.
Can I make changes to my order?
After your purchase is made, we begin processing your order. If you need to make changes, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible or send an email to support@jostina.com. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make changes. However, once your package arrives, you can notify us if you would like to start the return process.
How do I return items?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, your items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us or send an email to support@jostina.com.
