How it All Started

Welcome! My name is Bettina, and I am the owner of Jostina. I'm excited to share my love of scrunchies with you! Since college, I have enjoyed creating scrunchies that were fun, feminine and practical. Jostina came about when I was sewing one day, and my four-year-old, Joshua, came into the room and started looking through my fabric. He picked up a piece and said, "Mama, you should use this one because this is your favorite color!" Every time I would sew, he'd give me his "suggestions". I would joke and say Joshua is my sewing buddy who helps with “design”. Over time, Jostina has evolved into more than just a scrunchie business. I have had countless customers contact me and share the stories behind their purchases. Whether they are buying scrunchies as a gift or just because, it’s an honor to be a part of their lives. I am thankful for each and every one of you. I hope my designs will help make your day a great hair day!
